❷Tempered Insulated Glass

Standard 5mm+24A+5mm 3C certified hollow tempered insulated glass filled with inert shielding gas inside the interlayer. The moderate wide air cavity achieves balanced noise reduction and thermal insulation, and the fully tempered panel breaks into obtuse particles without sharp edges, eliminating safety hazards during daily household use.

❸Hollow Aluminum Spacer

Integral bent seamless hollow aluminum spacer is used for glass assembly, canceling segmented splicing joints that easily cause air leakage. The integrated structure effectively offsets thermal expansion and contraction gaps under temperature difference, permanently blocking water vapor permeation into glass cavity to avoid fogging and frosting inside insulating glass.

❹Molecular Sieve

High adsorption molecular sieve particles are pre-filled inside aluminum spacer to continuously capture residual moisture left in glass interlayer during production and tiny moisture penetrating in later service. It locks moisture inside the spacer strip all year round, keeping glass inner layer transparent and bright without mist generation in extreme temperature environments.

❺Drift Sliding Track

Exclusive dual-track drift guide rail realizes first horizontal sliding then inward tilting linkage. The limit structure prevents sash derailment and collision, with built-in silent wear-resistant rollers. Unlike ordinary sliding windows, it supports tilting ventilation without fully opening the sash, preventing wind and rain from splashing inward while keeping air circulation smooth.

❻Thermal Break Strips

Standard PA66GF25 reinforced polyamide thermal break strips run through the whole frame profile to cut off the metal thermal bridge of aluminum frame. It blocks bidirectional heat transfer between indoor and outdoor space, reduces air conditioning and heating power consumption, and stabilizes indoor ambient temperature to realize energy-saving constant temperature effect.

❼Splicing Process

All frame miter joints adopt full-cavity pressure injection glue process. Structural adhesive completely fills hollow cavities after curing, combining scattered profile segments into an integrated whole. It greatly improves torsional resistance of the frame, avoids gap loosening caused by frequent drift tilt operation, and thoroughly seals splicing gaps to stop corner water seepage.

Dedicated linkage drift tilt-slide hardware set is matched for 102 series, supporting sliding lock and inward tilting ventilation two working modes. Hardware undergoes multi-layer anti-rust electrophoresis treatment, with smooth transmission linkage, anti-sway locking after closing, stable operation and long service life under frequent mode switching.
