❶High-Precision Profiles

Extruded integrally from 6063-T5 virgin aluminum ingots with standard 1.8mm wall thickness and lightweight multi-cavity structure, it enlarges visible glass area with reinforced inner ribs. Fluorocarbon coating guards against coastal salt fog, acid rain and UV fading, resisting frame deformation under long-term hydraulic pushing force for stable outdoor use on mid & low-rise buildings.

❷Tempered Insulated Glass

Standard 5mm+20A+5mm 3C certified insulated tempered glass filled with high-purity argon gas to reduce noise and heat exchange. Optional single silver Low-E coating blocks outdoor heat in summer and retains indoor warmth in winter. Rounded glass edges avoid scratches, and broken glass forms blunt particles to eliminate household safety hazards.

❸Molecular Sieve Moisture Control System

The one-piece bent aluminum spacer is pre-filled with high-absorption 3A molecular sieve to absorb residual moisture inside glass cavity steadily. It prevents fogging and condensation under drastic temperature difference and humid weather. Splice-free spacer blocks vapor infiltration thoroughly, keeping the glass transparent without haze for more than a decade.

❹Thermal Break Strips

Full-frame 14.8mm PA66GF25 glass fiber reinforced thermal strips resist thermal shrinkage and low-temperature cracking to fully cut off aluminum thermal bridges. Matched with full-perimeter EPDM foamed gaskets, it forms dual heat insulation structure to lower HVAC power consumption and maintain constant indoor temperature all year round.

❺Triple Sealing Structure

Three independent staggered sealing loops are installed between sash and frame. The outer strip blocks rain and dust, the middle one stops air convection, and the inner one eliminates internal condensation. No mutual extrusion occurs during hydraulic closing, greatly boosting airtight and watertight performance against heavy rain and strong wind.

❻Directional Concealed Drainage System

Stepped directional diversion cavities guide rainwater to outward inclined anti-backflow drain outlets with tiny dust caps for clean facade. Hydrophobic inner coating prevents sludge blockage, avoiding water backflow and frame leakage even during heavy downpours without exposed holes ruining exterior appearance.

❼Full-Cavity Glue Injection Joint Craft

High-pressure glue injection fills all hollow miter corners and integrates separate profiles into an integral rigid frame after curing. It greatly improves torsion and tensile strength to prevent corner cracking caused by repeated hydraulic opening, fully sealing splicing gaps to eliminate hidden water seepage at frame joints.

❽Hydraulic Stay Dedicated Hardware

Imported German mute hydraulic stays replace traditional lock handles, supporting sash opening and free angle positioning without extra latches. Built-in damping avoids collision noise during operation. Multi-layer anti-rust electrophoresis treatment prevents oxidation, ensuring stable support without sagging or jamming after tens of thousands of uses for narrow frame installation.
