Extruded integrally from national standard 6063-T5 virgin aluminum ingots with customized upgraded 2.0mm wall thickness and innovative six-cavity reinforced rib inner structure, the profile greatly boosts anti-torsion and bending bearing capacity. Finished with fluorocarbon coating, it resists sea salt corrosion, acid rain erosion and outdoor UV radiation without peeling or fading during long-term service. The asymmetrical widened frame and sash fit the stress logic of crank drive, featuring high structural tolerance after assembly to prevent frame looseness and sash sagging deformation caused by frequent opening, realizing stable performance under strong wind pressure in high-rise buildings.

❷Tempered Insulated Tempered Glass

Equipped with standard 5mm+27A+5mm single-cavity insulated tempered glass with national mandatory 3C certification, the hollow cavity is filled with high-purity argon inert gas to reduce heat conduction and sound transmission. Offline Low-E coating is optional to block outdoor infrared heat in summer and retain indoor heating in winter. All glass edges are rounded with flexible shock-absorbing gaskets for installation to avoid edge chipping and cracking during transportation and daily use. Once broken, the glass turns into obtuse particles without sharp fragments to avoid personal injury.

❸Detachable High-Transparency Screen Mesh

Comes with customized frame-in-frame detachable 304 stainless steel high-transparency security screen. The fine woven mesh ensures sufficient daylight and view while blocking mosquitoes, catkins and falling debris. Adopting punch-free quick-release buckles, the screen can be manually disassembled for washing and cleaning. Built-in magnetic strips enable tight gap-free fitting with the inward sash to prevent insect intrusion, without occupying opening space or interfering with crank operation.

❹Molecular Sieve Moisture Removal System

The glass spacer is pre-filled with high-absorption 4A molecular sieve desiccant with 45% larger moisture absorption capacity than common 3A type, perfectly controlling humidity inside wide hollow cavity. It continuously absorbs free water vapor and residual moisture all year round, preventing inner fogging, condensation and frosting even under -35℃ extreme cold or humid plum rain season. The one-piece bent warm-edge aluminum spacer eliminates splicing gaps to block vapor infiltration, keeping the glass cavity clear and fog-free for over a decade.

❺Glass Fiber Reinforced Thermal Break Strips

The whole frame is equipped with 15.2mm widened PA66GF25 polyamide thermal strips, wider than the mainstream 14.8mm version for larger heat insulation cross-section. Filled with 25% alkali-free glass fiber evenly, the strips resist high-temperature shrinkage and low-temperature embrittlement to thoroughly cut off thermal bridge between inner and outer aluminum frames. Cooperated with full-perimeter EPDM foamed sealing gaskets, it forms a dual heat insulation system to reduce heating and cooling consumption and maintain constant indoor temperature all year long.

❻Layered Diversion Concealed Drainage System

The profile adopts stepped layered water diversion cavities to guide infiltrated rainwater into independent drain bins step by step without corroding profiles and hardware. The outward-tilted anti-backflow drain holes are fitted with rainproof & dustproof decorative caps to keep the facade tidy and prevent rainwater backflow during heavy rain. The inner wall of drainage channels is coated with hydrophobic finish to avoid sludge clogging, ensuring unobstructed drainage and fundamentally reducing frame water leakage risks.

❼Glue-Infusion Integrated Corner Joint Technology

All 45° miter corners adopt high-pressure glue injection corner assembly. Special structural adhesive fills all hollow cavities under pressure and integrates separate profiles into an integrated rigid frame after curing. Compared with simple corner bracket connection, it doubles the torsion and tensile strength to avoid corner cracking caused by repeated crank operation. All splicing gaps are fully sealed to stop rain and vapor penetration, greatly improving the watertightness and structural durability of the whole window.

❽Crank-Driven Imported Full Set Hardware

Fitted with original European imported crank linkage hardware instead of conventional single-point handle locking. Multiple locking points are pressed synchronously via side crank rocker for even force distribution without sealing strip warping. The gear set with built-in mute damper enables smooth noiseless rotation, easy enough for elders and kids to operate opening, position fixing and closing with one hand. All hardware goes through multi-layer electrophoresis anti-rust treatment against humidity and sea wind oxidation. Built-in sash buffer reduces hard collision during closing to protect profiles and gaskets, maintaining tight locking and stable transmission after tens of thousands of operations.
