High-Precision Profiles

The whole window adopts 2.0mm thick high-precision 6063-T5 virgin aluminum extruded profiles customized for side-pressure sliding structure, exceeding conventional wall thickness standards of ordinary sliding windows. The multi-cavity asymmetrical profile structure is specially designed for side pressing locking force bearing, with outstanding bending resistance and pressure bearing performance. It can withstand long-term lateral locking extrusion and outdoor strong wind impact, not easy to twist or deform, and adapts to high-rise building wind pressure environment with long-term structural stability.

Tempered Insulated Glass

Standard configuration is 5mm+20A+5mm double-layer hollow tempered insulated glass that has passed national mandatory 3C certification. The 20A ultra-wide air interlayer expands the buffer space for sound insulation and heat insulation, greatly weakening external traffic noise and environmental noise interference. Filled with inert shielding gas inside the cavity, it blocks bidirectional heat exchange between indoor and outdoor areas. Once broken, the tempered glass forms obtuse particles without sharp fragments, fully protecting household personal safety.

Hollow Aluminum Spacer

Integral roll-bending hollow aluminum spacer is applied between glass layers, abandoning segmented splicing connection mode. The seamless overall forming eliminates tiny gaps that cause water vapor infiltration. With strong anti-expansion and contraction performance under temperature difference, it can permanently isolate moisture from penetrating into the glass inner cavity, fundamentally preventing fogging, frosting and water mist inside insulated glass.

Splicing Process

All frame corner joints adopt full-perimeter pressure injection integrated splicing process exclusive to side-pressure window. Structural adhesive is fully injected into all hollow cavities of profile corners under constant pressure, which fuses multiple profile sections into an integrated rigid frame after curing. Compared with conventional corner code assembly, it improves the torsion resistance of the frame, avoids gap loosening caused by frequent side pressing locking, and completely seals splicing gaps to stop hidden water seepage at corners.

Molecular Sieve

High-efficiency super absorbent molecular sieve particles are pre-filled into the inner cavity of hollow aluminum spacer. Its micron-scale porous structure continuously absorbs residual moisture remaining in the glass interlayer during production and moisture permeated in daily use. It locks water vapor inside the spacer strip all year round, keeps the glass cavity dry and clean, and ensures the glass surface is transparent and bright without fogging for decades.

EPDM Sealing Material

The window adopts full-circle surrounding EPDM integral sealing strips matched with side-pressure compression principle. Relying on the lateral extrusion force generated when the sash is locked, the rubber strip is closely fitted without gap. It avoids the defect of loose sealing of traditional wool pile sliding windows, effectively blocks dust, wind and rainwater intrusion. EPDM material resists ultraviolet aging and low-temperature hardening, maintaining stable elasticity and sealing effect for long-term use.

Drainage System

Built with layered stepped hidden drainage system tailored for side-pressure window frame structure. Multi-stage diversion channels guide rainwater layer by layer inside the profile, with enlarged and outward inclined drainage outlets. It avoids rainwater backflow caused by lateral extrusion closing of ordinary sliding windows, speeds up gravity drainage, completely eliminates frame internal ponding, and the fully concealed design keeps the outer wall facade simple and neat.

Silent Sliding Track

The bottom track is a thickened single-track bearing base specially optimized for side-pressure sliding. The track surface is processed with wear-resistant anti-slip coating, paired with double silent load-bearing pulleys with limit buckles. During push-pull movement, the pulleys are limited to prevent left and right deviation. Even under side pressure locking state, the track will not deform under force, sliding smoothly with low noise and labor-saving operation, and wear resistance is greatly upgraded.

Thermal Break Strips

The whole profile runs through 14.8mm wide PA66GF25 glass fiber reinforced thermal break strips, forming a complete thermal interruption partition inside the frame. The widened heat insulation area thoroughly cuts off the cold bridge heat conduction path of aluminum alloy, restrains indoor and outdoor temperature cross transmission. It reduces the energy consumption of air conditioning and heating equipment, stabilizes indoor constant temperature environment, and improves the overall energy-saving level of side-pressure sliding windows.

Premium Hardware

Equipped with exclusive linkage side-pressure locking hardware set developed for 120 series side-pressure sliding windows. The multi-point side locking structure generates uniform lateral pressing force around the sash to realize tight compression sealing. All hardware parts adopt alloy base material with electrophoresis anti-rust treatment, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion ability. The transmission structure is smooth and labor-saving, with self-locking anti-sway function after closing, and can keep stable locking performance after tens of thousands of opening and closing operations.
