CNC one-piece bent aluminum spacer has no splicing gaps to block vapor infiltration fundamentally. Constant pressure high-pressure glue injection fills all hollow miter corners and integrates separate profiles into one rigid unit after curing. It doubles tensile and torsion resistance against repeated vertical pulling force from motors, eliminating corner gap water leakage caused by long-term lifting operation and fully sealing all splicing seams.

Custom interlock hardware engages multi-point locks automatically when the window closes without manual operation. Stainless steel parts with electrophoretic anti-rust treatment resist outdoor humidity and UV aging.
